Clondalkin Bangor manufactures paper sacks for a wide range of markets including milk powder, flour, animal feed, seeds, pet food, root crops and construction materials, with sizes ranging from 5 to 50 kilo and from 1ply to 5 ply.

Speciality sacks include easy-open food sacks, self-sealing milk powder sacks and pet food sacks, all manufactured using the latest paper technology converting equipment and eight colour printing presses to provide customers with cost effective, high-performance sacks to match filling and product presentation requirements.

Clondalkin Bangor has completed a 12,500 square foot extension of its operations site and has upgraded its bag making technologies in Bangor, County Down, to offer the entire range of products to its large customer base from one site.

Managing Director Paul McEnaney said the Bangor expansion creates an even stronger business focused on supporting growth in the UK as well as in Ireland.

He said: “Clondalkin Bangor is renowned for its very high level of service, competitive pricing and short turnaround times. These attributes give us a very strong foundation to work from and develop our business beyond Ireland.
