In the last five years we have invested over €200 million in acquisitions.
Our dedicated acquisition teams handle all stages of the acquisition process from identification, through the negotiation and due diligence phases to completion. These specialist teams are actively supported by the management leadership teams of the business divisions sponsoring the acquisition.
Our hands-on approach ensures efficient processes from introduction to negotiation to completion and seamless integration into Clondalkin Group after completion.

Catalent Printed Components is a leading supplier of secondary pharmaceutical & healthcare packaging products operating four production facilities which complement our existing 14 production facilities producing cartons, leaflets and labels throughout North America and Europe.

Cleveland Plastic Films, based in Ohio, United States of America, is a leading producer of customised, highly engineered flexible plastic films for banners, food and industrial applications. The acquisition expands Clondalkin Group's North American industrial and institutional plastic packaging portfolio.

The acquisition complements our existing specialisations in the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets and is an important step in our strategy to reinforce and grow our presence in geographic regions that are important to our customer base.

Kenilworth Products has an outstanding reputation serving many of the world's leading companies with Fix - a- Form labels, Multi-Layered labels, Hanging labels, Tamper Evident labels, including specialist features such as Braille, Vignette and Bollini integration. The acquisition adds meaningfully to Clondalkin's existing European specialisations in the pharmaceutical and healthcare and other markets.

The acquisition is an excellent strategic fit as it complements Clondalkin Group's existing European pharmaceutical and healthcare buisnesses and increases the Group's involvement in high value added and faster growing market segments in new geographical areas.
