Films
We extrude and we also cast multi-layer packaging films using our proprietary resin and biodegradable material formulations, modern technologies and well tested processing protocols.
The diverse range of complex multi-layer films we produce possess many features including handling ease, machine-ability, outstanding aroma, oxygen and moisture barrier characteristics, excellent visual properties, safe sealing, peelable, resealable, freezable, microwaveable and puncture and tear resistance.
Our cast films offer excellent transparency with high luminance to show off top-quality fresh products at their best. The films are odourless and tasteless and are oil, fat and water resistant. Cast films are twistable and this eliminates welding and sticking requirements for more efficient filling processes.
In addition to printing these materials in up to eight colours, we operate an extensive range of finishing, cutting and slitting applications.
We apply proprietary finishing technologies to add features such as laser engraving for easy opening and holographic applications for product integrity assurance.
We have also developed metalized film paper laminates which can be used to microwave frozen snack foods.
