At our plant in Wieringerwerf, Flexoplast produces blown mono and co-extruded LDPE films in thickness ranging from 10 to 200 microns.
The plant operates 10 modern extruders giving it the flexibility to produce a wide range of specifications.
Our films are used in the food sector for applications such as vegetable and fruit packaging, deep frozen food packaging and magazine wrappers and in the industrial sector for shrink-wrap films, pallet covers and silage stretch films.
We have recently installed a 10-colour Comexi printing press to expand our service capability in our specialist markets.
We also pay close attention to environmental management and improvement and have installed state-of-the-art resin regeneration facilities to re-process our waste materials efficiently.
We are constantly innovating and developing our product range to add customer value.
Our recent product innovations include ultra-thin gauge LDPE films for magazine and bottle wraps, which have been uniquely engineered to facilitate higher speed customer filling applications.
