Lean Manufacturing Champion for Clondalkin Pharma & Healthcare North America
Clondalkin Pharma & Healthcare North America is pleased to announce that Bob Papa, Vice President of Operations for the Portland Connecticut plant will expand his duties to include assisting all nine Clondalkin Pharma & Healthcare North America operations in achieving the 2011 Lean Manufacturing objectives for the organization. Bob will become increasingly involved in many of the lean initiatives that Keller Crescent has across the organization.
Bob’s new responsibilities include working with each site’s lean champions on identifying and driving operational excellence initiatives as it relates to waste reduction, material conservation and productivity improvements. Bob will also be primarily responsible for end of month reporting of Operational Excellence savings programs, accurately capturing savings related to lean activities at each of our plants, and managing re-application opportunities.
