Economy stretch-wrap filmClondalkin Trading's Economy stretch-wrap machine film is a 12 micron thick standard film with an elasticity of around 130% to 150% and this makes it ideal for packing lightweight products on so called ‘A pallets’.
The material being only 12 micron thick before stretching means the thickness when stretched round a pallet is only 8 to 10 micron which means that less film (= lower costs) is transported along with the pallet and this gives a significant price advantage compared with 20 or 23 micron film.
